Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items (including manufacturing faults) and for alteration.

Refunds are not available.

Returns Conditions (Defective Items or Items for Alteration Only)

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or alteration:

• Exchanges are available only after the item is inspected and confirmed to be defective or damaged (including manufacturing faults).

• The item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

• Return for alteration will be available only after the item is inspected and confirmed to be eligible for the alteration required.

• The request must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date.

Return Process

1. Email Customer Service at info@ziadnakad.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship your return to:
Beirut Jounieh Highway, Victoria Center, 8th floor, Dbayeh, Lebanon.
Attn: Returns
RMA #: [Insert RMA Number]

Shipping Note: We will cover the shipping cost for the first return only. Any additional returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Exchanges are available only after the item is inspected and confirmed to be defective or damaged (including manufacturing faults).

• If eligible, please allow at least three (3) days from the date we receive your return to process the exchange.

• We will process the exchange within at least 3 business days after receipt.

• We will email you once the exchange has been completed.

Exceptions

Sale items: Final Sale – not eligible for return or exchange.
